About A La Carte
Established in Leicester in 1990, A La Carte specialises in the provision of temporary and permanent skilled and trained staff to catering, food manufacturing and industrial environments. We supply up to 1,000 carefully chosen, pre-screened and tested staff members to a wide range of businesses, with our renowned catering division often being called upon for VIP events.
For us, temporary recruitment is all about looking after our workforce. As such, we are committed to skills development. We are CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health) accredited and offer industry-recognised food hygiene certificate training, as well as tuition in office skills, health and safety and psychometric evaluation. We even have our own fleet of minibuses that we use to transport our temporary staff, essential when public transport is not readily available.
