Literacy Assessor™ is a simple and affordable solution for the assessment and benchmarking of employees in terms of their English language and Numeracy Skills.
Assessing up to 100 employees in a single session, Literacy Assessor™ provides a credible defence against claims that an employee did not understand training completed or other issues such as health & safety statements etc. Additionally, the results identify staff needing additional support and training which overall improves the productivity and efficiency of the entire workforce.

3. Respond Point™

Respond Point™ is a simple add-on tool in Microsoft PowerPoint® that allows interactivity and engagement with the audience. This is ideal for induction, refresher or any bespoke in-house training that is carried out currently using Microsoft PowerPoint®.
Trainees use handheld keypads to answer assessment questions and the results can be seen on the screen in real time. Training reports can be generated within the system and paperwork is completely removed from the training process. Once the training is complete management will know in real time the results of each trainee removing the countless hours spend doing this manually.
