What we offer

Pay
We aim for 100% accuracy in our weekly payroll, you are paid into your own bank account and we email your payslip to you. WeJob Vacancies never take money from your pay without prior agreement.
Conditions
You are provided with a signed copy of your contract before starting work, we do not allow you to work excessive hours, we treat all contractors with respect, we will not tolerate racist, ageist, sexual or other offensive actions or comments.
Working hours
We aim to provide as many hours work as possible, without allowing excessive hours to be worked, however circumstances outside of our control may limit the availability of working hours. Unless you have signed to opt out of the Working Time Directive we will not allow you to work more than 48 hours per week.

What we expect

Reliability
If you agree to attend work we expect you to attend, in the event of illness etc, we expect you to inform us in plenty of time to allow us to arrange a replacement contractor. When attending work you are expected to be ready to start work at the start of the shift.
Work ethics
Every year many hundreds of our contractors transfer to full-time employment as a result of their work ethic, they are reliable, perform well in the role, achieve targets set, demonstrate responsibility for their actions. Our clients recognise and reward good work ethics.
