Lean principles can be successfully applied to non manufacturing environments in the same way as they can in manufacturing, anywhere where there is a process. We have written bespoke courses for non manufacturing environments and tailored our delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

Lean encourages a focus on the purpose of a system, since sight of this can often be lost or corrupted over time. Ancillary processes arise which do not deliver the purpose but are rather a byproduct of failings in the system itself, examples being the handling of complaints or progress chasing.
