In all cases roles are not 9 - 5 positions and the demand a high level of flexibility on working hours is critical to success.

Contract Manager (Warehousing) - Dewsbury

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a non-food Onsite contract based on the outskirts of Dewsbury.

The role includes recruiting, training & developing the temporary workers. Meeting financial targets and exceeding client satisfaction. The temporary workforce fluctuates between 80 - 250 workers working 24/5 on rotating shifts.

IT literate, a great communicator with the determination to succeed and a steady nerve when things are busy are key features of the role.

Contract Manager - Wirral

Following a new site win, Staffline has a vacancy for a Contract Manager based at our clients' site on the Wirral. The site produces top quality sausage and sausage-related products.

As a new site, our client expectations are high, and we want to hear from you if you believe that as a Contract Manager you can consistently exceed these high expectations. This is not a role for the faint-hearted; it is demanding, requires long hours, can be frustrating but the sense of client satisfaction and a remuneration package reflecting the role make it all worthwhile.

Training, support and development are all available. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, a great communicator, a leader and results driven.
