When telephoning our National Response Centre

• Tell the interviewer which area of the U. K. you are willing to work in
• Tell the interviewer of any work types you do not want to do e.g. vegetarians may prefer not to work with meats
• Write down your work history including any breaks
• Have your address, telephone number, National Insurance Number and proof of Eligibility to Work available.
• Speak clearly and be prepared to ask questions

When attending an interview with Staffline

• Arrive at the interview about 10 minutes before to agreed time
• Have a record of your work history including any breaks
• Allow one hour for the registration process and interview
• Bring your proof of Eligibility to Work, address, telephone number, National Insurance Number and bank details with you
• Dress smart & casual
