We are recruiting for our prestigious client. The Head Chef for the whole company is looking for an ambitious person to train in the catering department.
The company has adventure centres for children all over the UK and France, so there will be opportunities to travel within the company.

Assisting the Catering Manager with the day-to-day running of the Catering Department ensuring high operational standards at all times, working 6 days per week with meal breaks and rest breaks at times specified by your line manager.
The day off will be on a rota produced by the Catering Manager and may not be the same day each week. You will be required to work 45 hours per week on split shifts.
