Staffline is recruiting for a Machine Operative to work in Farningham, Kent.

The rate of pay is £9.50 per hour and you will be required to work flexible shifts, typically 8 hours per day Monday to Saturday.

Your Time at Work

As a Machine Operative, you will be growing, sorting, packing and distribution of fruits, vegetables and herbs to wholesales markets and major restaurants in the UK.

You will also:

- Maintain excellent standards of packing quality, food hygiene and health and safety
- Ensure customers receive the best quality produce
- Maintain the uninterrupted flow of the production line.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Machine Operative will be happy working in a multi temperature-controlled environment.

You will be dependable, self-motivated and have good attention to detail

A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure is required in this role.
