Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in Stoke-on-Trent.

The rate of pay is £8.72 per hour, which will increase to £10.67 after 12 weeks of work.

You will work on a fixed shift pattern of 2 pm to 9.30 pm and be required to work any 5 days out of 7 days across the week, including weekends.

Flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the business

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative at this site, you will pick products using a pick-by-light system, often working from heights.

Warehouse Operatives may be required to work in different areas of the warehouse, including re-pack.

The work can be repetitive and involves some lifting, as well as manually repacking products.

While working as a Packer you will adhere to the site's Health and Safety policies and procedures.

You should be organised and focused.

You will work well individually or within a team and can work under pressure to meet targets.

A certain level of physical fitness is required as there will be lifting involved.

No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
