We are recruiting for a global market leader in supply chain solutions working on a prestigious FMCG supply solutions contract in Derbyshire.
We have an immediate ongoing temporary Administration Role – shifts pattern are Monday- Friday – 06:00-14:00/ 14:00-22:00/ 22:00-06:00 rotating on a 3-shift cycle
Pay rate is £10.64/h inclusive of shifts for the rotating working patterns
Role and responsibilities:
•Operate to Company procedures and guidelines, and ensure that performance standards are met
• Receive and issue goods orders (where applicable)
•File documentation records for statistical information
•Post-goods issue where applicable and generate carrier documentation
•Action or escalate Customer requests where required
•Use the SAP/ESP/Duty Manager system to process and monitor stock
Knowledge and Competencies Required:
•Good numeracy and literacy skills
•Attention to detail
•Ability to prioritise work
We are willing to recruit people with limited experience but are self-motived, keen to learn with good numeracy and literacy skills. We are really searching for somebody who wants developing and is motivated to learn new skills.
