Internal Sales Administrator

  • Wotton-under-Edge £18,000.00 - £21,000.00 per annum Type of Job: Permanent

Our client, based in Wotton-Under-Edge, is looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and must be happy to work in a fast-paced sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Producing quotations
  • Liaising with customers on products and orders
  • Liaising with couriers, ensuring timely collection/delivery of orders
  • Dealing with customer emails
  • Building excellent rapport with customers

KEY SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience working in a call-heavy environment
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Team player
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience using Sage 200 is ideal but not essential

HOURS OF WORK

  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

RATE OF PAY

  • Up to £21,000 per annum, depending on experience

Due to the location of the client, you must have your own transport, or be able to travel to work via other means than public transport.
