Administration Clerk

  • Derby £20,000.00 - £21,000.00 per annum Type of Job: Permanent

Our client is a world leader in Distribution; a global company with a large distribution site in the Derby area. As a result of demand increase, there is an immediate opportunity for an Administrtion Clerk to join a growing team on a full time temp - perm basis.

Role: Administrator

£9.96PH (Salary review upon permanent basis)
Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm / 10pm - 6am (rotating weekly)


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate reporting and analysis as required
  • Maintaining records of orders and delivery details
  • Liaise with suppliers for progress or orders
  • Ensuring all Goods Inwards deliveries arrived and input onto the computer system
  • Receipt of supplier delivery paperwork
  • Use of the goods inwards computer to document all good etc.
  • Ensure order references are matched with system details


Experience and Knowledge:

* Ability to prioritise own workload within a busy and fast paced logistics/operational/manufacturing environment
* SAP Knowledge is preferred not essential

*IT proficient especially in Excel
