Great opportunity to work as a Farm Worker for potato harvesting.
Staffline is recruiting for a Farm Worker to work in Lincolnshire.
The rate of pay is £9.35 per hour.
You will work fixed 12-hour shifts and the hours of work are 7am to 7pm.
Because of the locations of the farms, you will need to have your own transport to be able to get to and back from work.
Your Time at Work
As a Farm Worker, your duties will include:
- Grading Potatoes standing on the back of a Combine Harvester
- Manually taking out stones from the potatoes which have come through the grader
- Grading Potatoes in the Fields
- Manually pulling out the potato plant heads
- Attend to any reasonable duties requested by your Line Manager
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Farm Worker will be required to assist with day-to-day activities on a working farm, therefore consistent use of your arms, legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and stooping will be required.
They will be required to work outdoors, therefore appropriate clothing must be worn. Gloves are required, however, they will be provided.
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
