Credit Control Administrator

  • Nottingham £8.21 per hour Type of Job: Permanent


Staffline are recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator at their busy office in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of the Credit Control department.

Key Accountabilities

  • Daily cash allocation
  • Processing the Manual invoice forms for Temps and Perms
  • Raising any credits notes ensuring authorisation has been received
  • Monitoring the Ticketing system throughout the day ensuring that any tickets for other members of the team are directed to them
  • Printing & separating of all of the invoices
  • Scanning and posting the invoices to Clients on a weekly basis
  • Processing Credit Checks & Insurance checks

Responsibilities will include:

  • Sending statements to Clients as and when required
  • Updating customer information on the Client cards
  • Updating customer cards with any Credit/Insurance changes
  • Ensuring that any invoices that are not able to be sent out are on the Weekly Invoice Problem Report
  • Assist with any additional tasks/queries as required

Person Specification - Credit Controller

  • GCSE Pass Grades C or above - Maths
  • GCSE Pass Grades C or above - English
  • Competent in using Excel, Word & Outlook
