Staffline are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives at our client's busy site in Daventry.

DUTIES:
You will be working in a very fast paced, Large Warehouse / Distribution Centre for a leading E-commerce client.
Major duties will include Order Picking Large and Small products using a RDT Scanners (Hand Scanners) based system whilst using either Pump Truck or Trollies to transport products to next Pick Locations or to the Packaging Area. Packing will involve working on a Packing Desk using hand scanners and pc to ensure products are correct before neatly packaging and preparing for distribution.

• You need to be flexible in the warehouse and undertake any task for which you have been trained, to ensure quality products reach the customer on schedule
• A large amount of lifting and physical moving of product is a requirement of the role, also the safe use of relevant trucks (training provided) repetitive actions in packing or picking of products.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations tidy; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Colleagues are targeted and measured on their performance pick/pack rate
• Accuracy is extremely vital as will be going direct to the End Customer

Full Training is provided but previous experience in similar position/environment is desirable
The site operates on a 24/7 basis and flexibility is needed on shifts
Applicants will be required to work weekends with rest days during week please note that no holidays are authorised during November & December due to High Volumes of Work

Please note that during Winter Periods Warehouse can be very cold environment

SICKNESS:
If you are unable to attend work must call your Staffline Team at least two hours prior to shift start time (on every day of sickness).

SHIFTS / PAY RATES:

• Inc Weekends and Bank Holidays
• Up to 37.5 Hours After 37.5 Hours
• Earlies & Lates £7.83 - £ 8.25
• Nights £7.83 - £ 8.84

UNIFORM:
Staffline will provide you with Hi Vis Jacket

PPE:
Safety Boots, Hi Visibility Jacket, Gloves and Ear Defenders (in certain areas) MUST be worn OnSite at All Times
