Staffline is recruiting for Associate Trainers for one of the world's biggest fashion retailers in Walsall, West Midlands.
We are looking for individuals who have worked in retail; experienced in training, coaching or supervisory roles.
The rate of pay is £12.17 per hour, 36 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern (see below). You will be required to be flexible to meet the demands of the business and overtime opportunities may be available. All breaks are paid.
You will work rotating shifts, the hours of work are:
Week 1- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 6am to 3pm (Days Off Friday,Saturday and Sunday)
Week 2- Monday, Tuesday 3pm-12am and Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6am - 3pm (Days Off Wednesday and Thursday)
Week 3- Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 3pm- 12am (Days Off Monday,Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday)
Your Time at Work
As an Associate Trainer you will be training new associates during their onboarding period, as well as coaching associates to support their learning and development.
You will deliver classroom-based and on-the-job training, including health and safety-based training. You will be required to monitor associate's performance during the training and coaching period and provide regular, ongoing feedback.
Other duties include developing learning goals and targets and building relationships to support associates performance and development.
To be successful within this role you will have focus and drive to deliver goals. You will be experienced in training, coaching or supervisory roles and can demonstrate the skills and techniques you have used to develop others.
You will be able to identify relevant learning solutions and be able to identify potential in others. The ability to work as part of a team is essential.
Computer literacy skills are essential.
