Contract Coordinator

  • Bradford £18,000.00 per annum Type of Job: Permanent

Staffline are recruiting for Contract Coordinator at their client's busy site in Bradford.

Duties to include:

  • Fulfilling daily volume requirements
  • Recruitment and selection of workers
  • Induction training and/or initial training with contractors followed by 1-2-1 reviews as and when
  • required dependent upon clients needs and requests
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Input and check data for weekly payroll ensuring accuracy
  • Use IT systems available and ensure internal systems are fully and accurately updated as necessary
  • Working to deadlines whilst being adaptable and flexible in your approach
  • Adhere to administration processes such as change requests, absences etc.
  • Communicate appropriately internally and externally to develop strong relationships
  • Provide cover and/or support to other areas as required
  • Ensure you operate in line with company policies and procedures
  • Report issues in a timely manner to line manager or as per site internal escalation process
  • Manage compliance requirements and keep secure records for audit purposes
  • Awareness of worker management policies and procedures, seeking guidance when required
  • Demonstrating behaviours and using words that align to Company values at all times
  • Treat all customers, colleagues and workers equally and with respect and fairness
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as required by line manager

Salary: £18,000 per annum with quarterly bonus.
