Great opportunity for someone wanting to get into recruitment, we are currently looking for an On Site Coordinator to be based onsite with our client, who are a Food Manufacturing and Logistics business

This is a fulltime position, flexibility is essential as the site operates 24/7, you will be required to be on call on a rotating basis on the weekend. The hours can be flexible but the ideal person will be able to work a mid - late shift. This opportunity is based out of Wakefield and would suit a local person.

The starting rate of pay for this role is £12 per hour.

Your Time at Work

You will be responsible for supporting our client to secure staff to work on a daily basis within the logistics and manufacturing sites.

Your role will be varied and require you to multi task, as your tasks will include, screening, inducting new staff, rostering, reporting, staff management, daily check in's, all while ensuring all site policies including Health & Safety, Food Safety Guidelines are being adhered to by staff.

Your role also incudes answering telephone calls, planning and other general administrative duties as required.

To be successful as an On Site Coordinator, you must be a people person with experience in working with individuals from all walks of life, no one day is the same onsite.
A recruitment back ground is not essential as we can teach the key fundamentals but to be an individual that has empathy, drive, determination and who can think on your feet are all valued qualities we are looking.

You will be computer literate and skilled across Microsoft packages. Have the ability to work to deadlines and take pride in the service levels we offer both the client and our workers. Importantly you must be approachable and have first class communication skills.

You must hold a full UK driving license for this role.
