Staffline is recruiting for a Food Production Operative to work in Batley, West Yorkshire.

Various shifts are available, including rotating early & late shifts or fixed night shifts. The hours of work are:

- Rotating Earlies: Monday - Friday 7am to 2.30pm
- Rotating Lates: Monday - Friday 2.30pm to 10pm
- Fixed night shifts: Monday - Thursday: 10pm to 7am

The rates of pay are:
- Rotating shifts £12.21 per hour, overtime £15.58 per hour
- Nights £12.38 per hour, overtime £15.58 per hour

You will be entitled to two 20-minute breaks.

Your Time at Work

As a Food Production Operative you will be expected to:

- Comply with all health & safety, QA, and technical procedures
- Report any faults which affect the efficient running of packing equipment
- Always hygienically handle the product by wearing gloves or blue plasters when required
- Report to your Line Leader immediately any out of spec or contaminated product
- Ensure integrity and segregation of products are met

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Food Production Operative will have good hygiene standards and be physically fit due to the nature of the role.

Previous food production experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided, including basic food hygiene.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
