Staffline is recruiting Farm Assistants in Anwick.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 5pm

For this role, you will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have your own vehicle.

Your Time at Work

As a Farm Assistant your duties include:

- Maintain correct and up-to-date records of all matters relating to birds, food, supplies, etc.
- Maintain the professional integrity and appearance of the farm at all times.
- Bird welfare must be of utmost priority at all times.
- Maintain at all times the required high standards of housekeeping, ensuring that the farm is kept clean and tidy, all roadways are free of litter or weeds, and the grass is well cut so that the best image of the Company is portrayed and the risk of vermin contamination is reduced.
- Monitor ventilation, heating, feed, water and lighting patterns within agreed guidelines, so that the highest quality atmosphere and condition in which the birds can thrive is achieved.
- Ensuring that welfare is not jeopardised in any way.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be physically fit due to the nature of the role, working on their feet all day and walking different distances depending on farm size. You must be able to lift between 3-20KG.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
