Compliance at Staffline

At Staffline, compliance is at the heart of everything we do. We are fully committed to ensuring that all workers are recruited and supplied in accordance with the highest industry standards and legal requirements, including those set by the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA).

Championing Compliance

Staffline has a strong compliance record and a dedicated team monitoring every aspect of industry regulations. We work closely with the GLAA to uphold best practices and raise awareness of labour exploitation and modern slavery risks. Our teams are trained to identify signs of human trafficking and work alongside authorities to protect individuals and promote ethical recruitment.

Key Partnerships

We actively contribute to shaping industry standards by holding board representation on The Association of Labour Providers (ALP) and being members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC).

Stronger Together

We are an active member and supporter of the Stronger Together initiative. This initiative has been developed within the UK food processing, packaging, horticultural and agricultural industries with the aim to reduce the occurrence of forced labour, human trafficking and worker exploitation.

It is a multi-stakeholder collaboration between the supermarkets, the Association of Labour Providers, the GLAA, Migrant Help, industry trade associations, trade union representatives, and individual employers including recruitment businesses such as ours.

The objective is to reduce:

- Forced Labour
- Human Trafficking
- Worker Exploitation

Through rigorous compliance, strategic partnerships, and a commitment to ethical recruitment, Staffline continues to lead the way in protecting workers and supporting businesses.

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

At Staffline, we are committed to ensuring that everyone who works with us - whether directly employed or within our supply chain - is treated with the utmost respect. We actively support their wellbeing, providing safe, secure and harm-free working environments.

We recognise that businesses like ours can be targeted by rogue gangs and unlicensed gangmasters. To combat this, we maintain close partnerships with UK enforcement authorities, anti-slavery networks and specialist charities. By staying vigilant, learning from real cases, and continuously strengthening our safeguards, we work to prevent modern slavery at every level.

Our zero-tolerance approach ensures that we remain at the forefront of ethical recruitment, protecting workers and upholding the highest industry standards.
