Staffline began working with the BMW Group in 2022 under a contract covering all UK sites, including Rolls Royce Motor Cars, with an optional two-year extension. The Working Time Account (WTA)
To provide maximum operational flexibility without impacting worker pay, Staffline implements a Working Time Account (WTA) system. Key features include:
Flexible Scheduling:
Clients can increase daily working hours, which are credited to the WTA balance.
Paid Downtime:
When production slows, workers are sent home with full pay, offset against their WTA balance.

Optimised overtime:
Sunday shifts are paid at double time, reducing negative balances efficiently.
Worker well-being:
All associates have employment contracts and benefit from a recognition agreement with Unite the Union, with regular monthly review meetings.
