Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's logistics centre for car parts.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Lutterworth.

The rate of pay is £12.32 per hour + shift allowance of £52.11/week,

Overtime paid is paid after working 39 hours and is paid at £18.48 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:
- Monday to Thursday 12:45pm to 8:45pm
- Friday 1pm to 8pm

Due to the shift pattern and no public transport after the end of the shift, you will need your own vehicle.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

- Dispatching/Out sorting/Quality checking of after-sales within the motor industry.
- Handling car parts and delivering a high standard of service to the customer.

Cost savings drive our team. We do this by consolidating into small shipping modules to reduce transport costs.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have previous warehouse, MHE, and hand scanner experience, but this is not essential as full training will be provided.

Applicants must have good attention to detail, timekeeping skills, and work well with others within various teams throughout the operation. You will be happy to work towards targets and deadlines. Good listening and communication skills would be beneficial.
