Security Team Leader

Join us as a Security Team Leader to help lead the team at a busy site in Telford, working regular shifts where no two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to carve out a career with the biggest name in security.
We are looking for security personnel who are passionate about creating a safe and secure environment and demonstrate honesty and integrity all whilst delivering customer service to the highest level.
Previous security expeirence required.
Position: Security Team Leader
Location: Telford
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 42.5 hours a week contract
Shifts: Monday to Friday - Days and Afternoons (5.30am-2.00pm or 2.00pm-10.30pm)
Saturday overtime available when requested by client.
Your Time At Work
Your duties will include:
- Physical security, protection of client assets and people
- Assist and support training needs to ensure officers are identified and appropriately training & development is delivered
- Operationally support the site manager in the delivery of the agreed service levels
- Assist with monthly audits on all security practices and process
- Provide operational support and act as a point of contact out of hours if and when required
- Assist in maintaining compliance with all Health & Safety legislation
- Assist and be a point of contact for Incident Management, ensuring that incidents are correctly managed and escalated as per client specifications
- Ensure the security team is rostered and all holidays are applied for and submitted to the site manager

It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills. All our admin is digital and paperless, so you'll need to be tech-savvy enough to use our digital devices.
Our perfect candidate will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.
