Forklift Driver - Counterbalance

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a new project involving the safe handling and emptying of drums using specialist equipment.

Staffline is recruiting a Forklift Counterbalance Driver in Hams Hall, Coleshill.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing project within a well-established operation.

The rate of pay is £13.87 per hour.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 2pm to 10:30pm
Some weekend work may be required depending on business needs.

30-minute unpaid break.

Your Time at Work

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift truck to empty drums containing hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Materials are stored in bags within the drums, and the operator will use forklift-mounted equipment to safely tip and empty the contents.

Full training and guidance on the specific equipment and procedures will be provided on-site.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be reliable, punctual and able to work the afternoon shift and occasional weekends if required. You will have a good understanding of health & safety procedures.

Applicants will have a valid external Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in-date) and previous forklift operating experience.
