Great opportunity to work as a Recruitment Coordinator for our client's site, who are producers and distributor of speciality foods, working with artisan food producers across the globe.

Staffline is recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator in Evesham.

The rate of pay is £12.60 per hour.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 4pm

Your Time at Work

As a Recruitment Coordinator your duties include:

- Supporting the induction and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and positive experience.
- Maintaining full compliance with company policies and legislation, including thorough document and right-to-work checks.
- Providing day-to-day support to site employees, promptly addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Monitoring and managing daily timesheets and weekly payroll processing to ensure accuracy.
- Assisting with recruitment activities, including managing vacancies, pre-screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.
- Overseeing temporary-to-permanent employee conversions and implementing strategies to improve success rates.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with on-site management and teams.
- Conducting regular staff check-ins, PPE inspections, and factory floor walks to support health and safety compliance.
- Performing general administrative duties to support smooth site operations.
- Providing weekly workforce updates and reports to site management, including retention, vacancies, and metrics.
- Delivering staff training sessions, including food safety, and supporting development initiatives.
- Conducting a training gap analysis for the site, engaging with stakeholders to identify skills gaps and training priorities, and tracking progress against agreed plans.
- Supporting site management with operational and workforce-related matters as required.
