Security Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join the G4S team, working for a well known-site in Cambridge!

Contract Information:

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Shift Pattern: Nights 7:00pm to 7:00am

SIA Licence: SIA licence preferred, otherwise training can be provided for suitable candidates.

Your Time at Work

As a Security Officer your duties will include:

- Greeting staff and visitors
- Controlling access in and out of the building
- Patrolling the premises and ensuring security protocols are being adhered to
- Dealing with disturbances/ issues and security incidents
- Dealing with first aid and incident reporting

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have the following:

- Be aged 18 or over
- To preferably hold a valid Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License
- Be a great communicator, verbally and in writing
- To have great customer service skills
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office platforms
