Reception and Pass Production Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for Reception and Pass Production Supervisor to join our team on a well know Government contract, based in Westminster!
Contract Information:
Pay Per Annum - £45,000
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off. Flexibility required Monday to Sunday, for day and night shifts.
Experience Level: Over 1 year in a Receptionist Team Leader or Supervisor position, in a corporate environment.
Please be aware that this position will require a SC Clearance (set by the Government), so you will be asked questions in regards to this in a telephone interview to ensure you meet the requirements.
Your Time at Work
As a Reception and Pass Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Provide leadership and oversight for the team responsible for administering the Security Pass Application mailbox.
- Line manage staff within the reception and pass application team.
- Ensure the teams are delivering service excellence.
- Implementation of contractual requirements.
- To liaise with staff at all levels across the contract, including senior management and the customer.
- Lead the creation and quality assurance of all operational communications regarding reception services and pass application process.
- Provide proactive, first-line oversight of Reception service challenges, ensuring issues are identified early and triaged effectively.
- Oversee stock assurance for all reception-related consumables.
- Achieve and maintain KPI's that are consistently delivered with the FCDO and G4S standards.

You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.

- Excellent Interpersonal Abilities (oral & written)
- Ability to demonstrate strong personal integrity
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Outlook/Calendar, Word etc.) essential
- Strong leadership style with a focus on supporting and developing employees
