We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join the G4S team, working for a well known-site in the London area!
The role is an exciting opportunity to join a corporate environment where high security standards need to be met at all times.
Contract Information:
Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour
Hours: An average of 56 hours per week
Shift Pattern: The role is to cover a 6 on 3 off shift pattern. You will need to be flexible to work Monday - Sunday, covering day and night shifts.
SIA Licence: The successful candidate for this position will already need to hold a Door Supervisor SIA licence.
Your Time at Work
As a Security Officer your duties will include:
- Conducting internal and external patrols
- Meeting and greeting
- Dealing with issues and queries on site
- Creating passes and badges
- Monitoring entry/exit of the building
- Response to security breaches, fire alarm activation and first aid
- Incident report writing
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.
You will need to hold a current Door Supervisor SIA license and have over 1 year of experience in the security industry. Corporate security experience is desirable.
