Staffline is recruiting a Hygiene Operative in Wellingborough.
The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2:30pm
(More than 20 hours weekly)
Your Time at Work
As a Hygiene Operative your duties include:
- General cleaning of warehouse and bakery areas (sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces).
- Cleaning areas where flour dust may be present.
- Cleaning production equipment and machines as required.
- Cleaning the canteen area, including tables, floors, and shared facilities.
- Wearing required PPE (including masks) in departments where flour dust is present.
- Emptying bins and removing waste from work areas.
- Restocking cleaning materials when needed.
- Following daily/weekly cleaning schedules and completing required logs.
- Sanitising high-touch surfaces across the site.
- Reporting any hygiene or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. You will be able to bend, reach and move around production/warehouse areas.
Applicants will be reliable, punctual and show good attention to detail.
Experience in a similar role is required.
