Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Bristol.
The rate of pay is:
- Days £13.10 per hour
- Nights £14.10 per hour
Overtime is available and is paid at:
- Days £16.38 per hour
- Night £17.63 per hour
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative, your duties include:
- Preparing products for distribution
- Efficiently packing products to meet standards
- Operating and maintaining machinery
- Performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Engaging in physically demanding work safely and effectively
- Picking and packing products for dispatch
- Ensuring that your work area and equipment are kept clean and tidy.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will work well independently and as part of a wider team within a fast-paced environment. You will be punctual, reliable, and communicate effectively.
There will be some manual handling involved in this role, so you will be happy to stand for long periods of time.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided.
