We are currently recruiting for a Control Room Operator to join the G4S team, working for a well known-site in Wellingborough
Position: Control Room Operator
Location: Wellingborough
Pay Rate: £12.92 per hour
Hours: 56 hours a week contract
Shifts: 3 days, 4 nights, 3 off, 4 days, 3 nights, 4 off
Your Time at Work
As a Control Room Operator you will act as the central hub for safety, responsible for 24/7 monitoring of CCTV, fire, and alarm systems.
Key duties include:
- Detecting security breaches, coordinating emergency responses, managing access control, documenting incidents
- Communicating with field staff to ensure site safety.
