Meat Production Operative - PM Shifts

Great opportunity to work as a Meat Production Operative for our client's distribution center for food products such as Quiche, Pie, Cheese, Bacon, Gammon, Sausages, Pigs in Blankets, and Cooked Meats.
Staffline is recruiting Meat Production Operatives to work PM shifts in Bradford.
The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed afternoon shifts, any 5 over 7 days per week. Weekends are a must in the position. The hours of work are:
- 1:30pm to 9:30pm
- 2pm to 10pm
This role would not be suitable for students or part-time workers due to shift requirements.
Your Time at Work
As a Meat Production Operative, you'll work on our busy lines in a fast-paced factory. You'll be working within the production team to produce high-quality products in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment in order to deliver quality products to our customers.
- Handling Raw Meat Materials
- Working on different production lines
Some manual lifting may be required, depending on the department
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be capable of being on their feet for the duration of the shift and have a can-do attitude. You must be comfortable working with raw meat.
You will work well as a team, but also be comfortable working alone, depending on the department.
Applicants will be happy to work in any of the departments allocated. Departments of work are in Quiche, Cheese, Sausage, Pie, Cooked Meats, Bacon, Pigs in Blankets and Warehouse. The worker does not get to decide which room they work in.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
