Great opportunity to work as an Onsite Coordinator at our client's fast-paced fruit production site.

Staffline is recruiting for an Onsite Coordinator to work in Alconbury.

The rate of pay is £12.94 per hour.

This is a full-time role with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. The hours of work are:
- 6:30am - 7:00pm

This is a full-time position offering consistent, guaranteed hours. We are looking for a committed and reliable individual to join our team. There is a high chance of temp to perm for the right candidate!

Your Time at Work
As an On-Site Coordinator, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Signing in workers at the start of each shift and managing attendance records
- Fulfilling daily bookings in line with client requirements in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Processing payroll on a daily and/or weekly basis
- Responding to worker queries promptly and effectively
- Using Microsoft systems (including Excel and Outlook) to accurately record, track, and manage daily operational information
- Managing compliance requirements and maintaining secure, audit-ready records
- Delivering a consistently positive experience to both workers and clients

Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal On-Site Coordinator will be adaptable, able to respond quickly to changing priorities, and possess strong problem-solving skills. A customer-focused mindset is essential, with a passion for delivering a high level of service and putting people first.

Previous experience within the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
