Great opportunity to work as a Hygiene Operative for our client, a major UK bakery manufacturer that produces bread, bakery products, and flour. They operate multiple bakeries, a flour mill, and distribution centres, supplying major supermarkets and local stores across the UK and Ireland.
Staffline is recruiting Hygiene Operatives in Mitcham.
The rate of pay is £12.71 - £15.89 per hour.
This role offers both full and part-time hours. Working on the following shift patterns: 4 on 4 off - working 2 days, 2 nights on rota, then 4 days off. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Hygiene Operative your duties include:
- Cleaning all bakery areas and production equipment.
- Completing planned hygiene schedules and assigned cleaning duties.
- Carrying out both routine cleaning and deep-clean activities across the site.
- Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, following training and safety procedures.
- Accurately completing hygiene paperwork and cleaning records.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have good overall physical stamina, as the role involves continuous movement and manual activity. You will be happy to work in different temperature environments, comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
Applicants will have the ability to follow instructions, show great attention to detail and be able to work independently.
No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
