Great opportunity to work as a Despatch Administrator for our client, a leading manufacturer of chilled food, supplying the top UK retailers, chains and food service across the UK.

Staffline is recruiting Despatch Administrators in Wrexham.

The rate of pay is £15.46 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed night shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

The Despatch Administrator role is significant to the goods out process. Providing administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Managing bookings, stock files, and day-to-day support in the despatch office. Key responsibilities include:

- Answering the phone and responding to client requests and inquiries.
- Liaising with suppliers, haulers & 3PL storage companies
- Prepare paperwork for the operational team and dispatch orders from the system
- Track inventory and report results.
- Maintain incumbent finished goods stock.
- Support the stock control team with responsibilities as/when required.
- Performing other duties as assigned

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have an academic background with good communication and interpersonal skills. You will be computer literate (Excel, Email, Data Entry) and work well under rapidly changing dynamics to tight deadlines.

Applicants will have a good level of flexibility, experience in understanding and delivering KPI's. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to implement and adhere to procedures.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided.
