Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client in Bradford.

Staffline are recruiting Production Operative's to work in Bradford for a client who supplies packaging solutions for a wide range of industries including food, chemicals, paint and industrial products.

This is a full-time role with fixed shifts working 5 out of 7 days a week.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour and up to £15.89 for night shifts and overtime.

The hours of work are:
- 6am-2pm
- 2pm-10pm
- 10pm-6am

Your Time at Work


As a Production Operative, your time at work will include:

- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Packing, labelling, and preparing finished products
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Supplying materials to production lines
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Following all health & safety and company procedures
- Supporting the production team to meet daily output targets
- Assisting with general warehouse or production duties as required

Our Perfect Worker


Our perfect worker must be physically fit and have the right attributes for a busy Production Operative including:

- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Manual handling skills (lifting, carrying, and moving materials/products)
- Repetitive tasks (e.g. packing, assembling, machine feeding)
- Working in a factory/production environment (can be noisy or fast-paced)
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Strong attention to detail to maintain high product quality and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Reliability and strong timekeeping
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Basic problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to different tasks
- Awareness of health & safety procedures
- Ability to work shifts (including early/late or rotating patterns if required)
- Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential
