ID Unit Administrator

G4S are recruiting for an organised, detailed and methodical individual to fill the role of ID Unit Administrator within a busy and vibrant corporate environment role located in South Colonnade, Canary Wharf. As one of the first points of contact for staff and building tenants, you must be able to demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service and have the ability to adhere to all procedures, policies and protocols.

Contract Information:

Pay Rate: £15.02 per hour
Hours: 50 per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm.
SIA License: Security Guarding or Door Supervisor

This position will require you to obtain a SC clearance, so you must have lived in the UK continuously for 5 years or more.

Your Time at Work
As an ID Unit Administrator your duties will include:

- Greet building tenants and staff visiting the ID unit in a friendly and professional manner
- To adhere to all system processes for pass production for staff, subcontractors and external visitors
- To ensure that all new starter passes are created in accordance with the process and policy in accordance with contract SLA's
- To ensure that all requests to cancel passes are actioned in accordance with the process and policy in accordance with contract SLA's
- To be fully conversant in the process and policy for dealing with lost / forgotten passes
- To ensure no unauthorised visitors are permitted into the building by performing regular database checks
- To compile and submit reports in accordance with Company policy
- To compile and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports / audits to meet client requirements
- To export and submit daily building occupancy figures to relevant parties
- To assist reception in the collation of the Visitor Pass daily record sheet
- To manage emails in line with contract SLA's
- To maintain a log of visitors for the benefit of security and evacuation procedures
- To maintain stock control of all ID unit materials and order replacements when required
- To fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adhering to the requirements of the company's H&S policy
- To assist with all reasonable enquiries made by the client
- To perform ad hoc administrative duties as required
