Great opportunity to work as a Machine Operator for our client's dairy products manufacturer.

Staffline is recruiting a Machine Operators in Market Drayton.

The rate of pay is £31,079 per annum.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 7pm
- 7pm to 7am
Applicants must be able to work both day and night shifts.

Your Time at Work

As a Machine Operator your duties include:

- Organising ingredients and materials, etc., as per department.
- Ensuring all mechanical handling equipment is maintained and in a clean operative state, with faults reported and action followed up as necessary.
- Carrying out all duties as directed by your leader, supporting your team as necessary.
- Operating manufacturing machinery in accordance with laid down procedures - As per department
- Working as part of a team with responsibility for ensuring operational volumes are achieved effectively and to the highest quality standard.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will be able to prioritise daily tasks, be able to achieve targets, identify problems, rectify, and escalate.

Applicants must be able to work 12-hour shifts, day and night.

You will have operations experience from within a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
