Operational Team Administrative Support

Join us as a full-time Operational Team Administrative Support in Dagenham at an established site where no two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to carve out a career with the biggest name in security.
You will also be required to support the EPIT team in Dunton.
Position: Operational Team Administrative Support
Location: Dagenham & Dunton (must be happy to travel to both sites)
Pay Rate: £14.95 - £16.58 per hour
Hours: 4 on 4 off
Shifts: Must be flexible to work any day of the week, including the weekend. Weekdays you will work 6:00am to 18:00pm and weekends you will work 6:00am to 16:00pm
Your Time at Work
Your Duties will include:
- Assist Shift Managers in admin/staff handling.
- SIA Licence - Door supervisor / CCTV preferred. (Can be upskilled)
- Escalate issues as appropriate to the team manager.
- Port facility admin & Oversight.
- Driving duties from the Dagenham plant during working hours.
- Fire Risk assessor assistant (NEBOSH certified, training will be provided for the right candidate if not already qualified) NEBOSH Preferred General or Fire.
- IT development, project work on existing systems, integration and product development. (Google Workspace, Microsoft and others)
- Weekend escalation (Police/intelligence assistance)
- Produce " read and action" e-mails to appropriate client personnel to assist in operations / reduce potential for losses through observations/lessons learned.
- Provide operational and administrative support to new product development projects.
- Carry out a support role in an ethical way, complying with legislation, policy, and best practice.
- Work with law enforcement and other agencies as a single point of contact and provide support to planned operations.
- Training EPIT investigation handling on Ford trace and track systems.
- Provide accurate and detailed reports.
- Identify intelligence improvement opportunities and processes.
- Develop and maintain data analysis programs and outputs.
- CT-Pat, AEO & working with connected vehicles.
- Support investigations into breaches of security, report all losses or suspected losses, and other unusual events.
- Prepared for European travel as required/needed. (passport needed)
- Support EPIT for NPS events when required.
- Overall goal of the position is to Progress/train to join the full EPIT team.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Experience in preventative fire methods, plumbing and electrical knowledge. Having Good IT knowledge is also key.
You must be flexible and available to work on a varied shift pattern which will include days, nights and weekends.
Essential:
- Valid Passport holder
- Counter Terrorism Check (CTC)
- UK Manual Driving Licence (clean)
