Working Supervisor

Staffline is recruiting for Working Supervisors to work at our client's Fruit and Stir-fry site, in Bourne (PE10 0AT).
Transport is available from Peterborough, but preferably you will have your own vehicle.
The rate of pay is:
- Day Shift £14.24 per hour
- Night Shift £16 per hour
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, the hours of work are:
- Days 7am to 7:30pm (sometimes 05:00-17:00)
- Nights 7pm to 7:30am
No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided.
Your Time at Work
As a Working Supervisor at this site, your duties include but will not be limited to;
- Checking in workers at the start of each shift
- Checking with all departments if they need absence cover
- Leasing with Staffline colleagues
- During your shift, you will be working on the production line cutting, grading, and packing food products to requirements
- You may be the point of contact throughout your shift if an issue arises
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Working Supervisor must have a certain level of physical fitness as this role involves standing at your place on the production line and preparing raw ingredients as per the recipe. This is a chilled environment. The line moves at speed, therefore repetitive motion is required in the manufacturing of goods.
No previous experience is necessary. You must understand what is expected of you and be happy to spend most of your shift on the line unless requested by the customer to support with another project, you must be a strong character to be able to deal with the agency colleagues.
