Apply today to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client, which deals with refrigeration and cold rooms, to catering equipment and kitchen infrastructure.
Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives at Marchington Industrial Estate.
The rate of pay is £14.20 per hour.
Overtime is available and is paid at £18.46 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 4:30pm
This role would suit applicants who have their own driving licence and vehicle due to the location of the site.
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative your duties include:
- Unloading from trailers, manual handling
- Cleaning down using non-hazardous chemicals and cleaning agents
- Shrink wrapping and labelling
- Picking large prefabricated insulated sections to make up orders
- Occasional renovation and changing signage
- Fixing and swapping parts such as glass, metal, and plastic parts using hand power tools
- Loading onto pallets and trailers for deliveries
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal candidate must be physically fit, as there are heavy items to move around the warehouse, which can be up to 25kg.
Some warehouse experience is preferred.
