Staffline is recruiting Administrators in Leicester.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 3pm

Your Time at Work

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a friendly and professional front-of-house service
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks supporting site operations & functional teams
- Coordinating and processing courier deliveries and collections
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritising tasks effectively
- Liaising with internal teams and external contacts as required
- Supporting basic health & safety administration and site compliance activities

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Confident communicator, both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment

Desirable Skills & Knowledge:

- Experience with courier and mailroom administration
- Working knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Previous experience within a site, facilities, or operations environment
