Apply today to work as a Factory Trainer for our client's site, a well-known food supplier in Redditch.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Factory Trainer. Applicants must have 2 years' experience.

The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2:30pm

Your Time at Work

As a Factory Trainer, your duties include:

- Current training material
- Review current training practices
- Support the development of training materials
- Review current training practices
- Deliver company inductions
- Identify training gaps
- Ensure maintenance of the training database is kept up to date
- Deliver engaging, effective and technically competent learning solutions from conception to implementation

What you need to have:

- Experience within food manufacturing
- Food Safety level 2
- Train the trainer qualification
