FLT Counterbalance Driver

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Counterbalance Drivers to join a well-established site near Driffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who values consistent hours, great pay, and a workplace where you're genuinely appreciated.

We are looking for the right candidate - someone who is not only ready to get started but is also looking to grow with the business. For the right person, there is guaranteed ongoing work beyond the peak season.
The rate of pay is:
- Weekdays and Nights - £14 per hour
- Weekends - Wednesday to Sunday £14.50 per hour
Overtime is available and is paid after 38 hours at £17.50 to £18.12 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
We are looking for several drivers - Day shifts available, along with Nights - these shifts are fixed.
Applicants must have their own transport due to the rural location of the site.
Important information:
Peak Season -is due to commence 15th June - this will be the busiest time - where we will require successful candidates to work Wednesday to Sunday - Days or Nights
After peak season, shifts will go back to Monday to Thursday, Days and Nights.
Your Time at Work
As a Counterbalance Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Operating a reach truck to move, stack, and organise goods
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock handling and general warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Following all health and safety procedures

A valid Counterbalance licence with recent experience is required.
