Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for one of the UK's leading supermarkets.
Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in Rugby.
The rate of pay for this role starts at £14.63 per hour, up to £26.75 per hour.
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, any 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:
- 6:15am to 2:15pm
- 2:15pm to 10:15pm
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack products for delivery to our stores.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock control and inventory management.
- Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet Tesco's high standards of quality.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal candidate will show the following:
- Ability to work across different sites and shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
