Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative across our client's busy food, fresh produce, and manufacturing sites.
Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to work across multiple locations within the region, including Ely, Chatteris, Bourne and Alconbury.
The rate of pay is £12.71 to £14.41 per hour, depending on shift and site.
Overtime is available and can reach up to £21.62 per hour.
Various shifts are available, including:
- Fixed or rotating day shifts
- Night shifts
- 8-hour and 12-hour shift patterns
- 4 on 4 off and Monday to Friday working patterns
Start times typically range between 05:00am and 08:00am, with flexible finish times depending on the site and shift.
Transport options may be available from central pick-up points at selected locations.
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative, your duties may include:
- Working on a fast-paced production line
- Packing, labelling, and quality checking products
- Preparing, cutting, or assembling food and goods
- Boxing and palletising items ready for distribution
- Supporting general production and warehouse tasks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
You will be working as part of a team to ensure products are completed to high standards and deadlines.

No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided, although experience in factory, warehouse, or food production environments would be beneficial.
