Overview.

Staffline are currently recruiting for 2 temporary Transport Administrators to join our client based out of Manton Wood near Worksop.

Pay rates are as follows:
- Days £13.93 per hour
- Nights £16.44 per hour
- Days weekly overtime after 40 hours - £20.90 per hour
- Nights weekly overtime after 40 hours - £24.66 per hour
- Bank Holiday Days - £27.86 per hour
- Bank Holiday Nights - £32.88 per hour

The two rotas we are recruiting for are:
06:00 - 14:00 Monday to Friday
14:00 - 22:00 Monday to Friday (but when trained will involve Sunday - Thursday on the PM shift)

The role will consist of clerical duties and you will assist with the day to day running of the operation alongside the current team.

Your Time at Work
Some of the duties will include:

Assist in the completion of weekly transport data
Manage the recording of Drivers weekly working hours
Ensure that all drivers are pre-briefed and debriefed in conjunction with the debrief system and that all paperwork is accurately completed and signed.
Allocation and debrief on Microlise and MS Access.
Ensure all tachographs are downloaded in full at the beginning and end of each driver's shift in accordance with legal compliance.
Any other duties as reasonably requested

Desirable
An understanding of Tachograph compliance and WTD
Previous experience within a similar role
CPC or O Licence knowledge
