Assembly Operative

Assembly operatives are required to work with a world-leading engine manufacturer in Coleshill.
Location: Hams Hall - Coleshill
The rate of pay is:
- AM Shift £13.66 per hour
- PM Shift £15.70 per hour
- Nights £18.17 per hour
Your Time at Work
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembling of engines to meet the required volume and quality targets
- Following a clearly defined engine assembly process
- Completing visual quality checks
- Using handheld and power tools
- Adhere to PPE and Health and Safety requirements
- Completing tasks that require manual handling
- Working in a team or individually as required

- Good Teamwork
- Communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role and knowledge of engines is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided
