A great opportunity to work as Production Line Leader at our client's site in Oswestry.
The hours of work at:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
Rotating shifts:
- 3 on 3 off
The rate of pay is £38,000 to £40,000 per annum
Your Time at Work
As a Production Team Leader your role will include:
- Manage a team of staff team
- Organise and complete product changeovers
- Support the supervisor to achieve the shifts KPIs and targets
- Complete all quality control documentation accurately and clearly
- Adhere to strict food and hygiene regulations
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will:
- Previous team leading experience in a food manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
- Machine operating experience - ESSENTIAL
- Demonstratable stability in work history
- Strong attention to details
- Good computer skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
